    To submit an appeal, you'll need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com    , but you are responsibe for your account at all times.

    Dear Xbox Enforcement Team,

    approximately 2 days ago I got a communication ban. This ban was fairly given as someone had been sending hate messages after the lost fairy in a game. Unfortunately the person who said those rude and obnoxious messages wasn't me. My mate Will (aka APMW
    on xbox) decided it would be funny to play some solo games on my account and be disrespectful to anyone who outplayed him. I would like to get unbanned because I would never do this sort of stuff and Its really hard being a member of the community without
    a microphone or any form of communication. Sorry about the inconvenience.

    If someone is caught "hacking" then they are banned.

    The questions are there to make sure you are familiar with the code of conduct & are extremely easy.

    All the answers are in the CoC or on the enforcement site itself.

    Stop breaking the rules & you wont get suspended/banned in the first place.

    If it's been 2 years then you can not appeal a ban.

    Any enforcement action must be appealed within 12 months if eligible.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE & it should tell you the reason.

    No one on the forums can tell you.
