1 month later, And no one has helped me with fixing my account.. I can't post statuses, I can't upload videos on my Xbox one for people to view.. I can't do anything.

Please, Someone from the enforcement team fix my account!

And every time i post on the forum, my post gets deleted..

Removing parental control over a Gold Family member

Family packs were designed for a family, such as a parent and 3 children. The primary is the "adult" account and the other 3 are considered "child" accounts. The child or secondary accounts are treated as "child" accounts no matter what the age is of the
account holder. If you have a family pack made up with adults on the plan then 3 of them will be treated as "child" accounts.

Hi Sole_Z,

Thanks for your post! To have an adult account treated like a child account, simply add the adult account to a Microsoft Family as a child. The Microsoft family will then treat said account as a child. For more information on adding members to families check
out: Add members to your Microsoft Family.

Apparently the plan was designed for one adult and the rest children... because everyone other than the primary is treated like a child account with no way to fix it.

In this case, we probably can answer: no, child accounts can't play the beta. Given the other complaints in the forums, it seems that the beta is being treated like an unrated demo, which Xbox Live
child accounts can never play.
