    can anyone help me? my xbox one is current out for repair but when i go to its check repair page it says shipped to customer. when i click on the tracking number fedex says tracking number not found. i have been given the run around by microsoft support
    3 times now "just wait 24 hours and they will send you and email". still no email a week later. this is getting to be a joke. can some one provide a phone number i can call some one to find out what the heck is going on? or maybe share you past experiences
    dealing with this same issue. do i wait? what to do? need advice.

    Okay, well that changes things. So, if you believe you followed the terms and conditions of the offer, and didn't receive those points, then getting in touch with Microsoft Rewards Support is most easily done by going to
    account.microsoft.com/rewards and at the bottom of the page (bottom-left) there's a link to "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support".

    Give 'em a try and see what they say - I was having problems the other day and they were pretty good at getting to the bottom of things

    Hi AllKnowinOne! I understand your frustration with this, as I think the shipping side of things is what a lot of us have had issues with, specifically, what you mentioned. The reason you're getting a "tracking number not found" error is because, when you
    see the details that it has been "shipped to customer" that actually just means the tracking number has been created (usually by printing a label, or sending the shipping/purchase info to FedEx.) This doesn't actually mean the item has been picked up yet.
    That might not happen for a few days after the label/tracking number is created.

    Also, I think that when the item is shipped according to the Xbox system, it gets trucked across the border to McAllen, TX, and THAT'S where FedEx scans it into their system - I don't believe FedEx handles the international part of the shipment, only the
    in-US part.

    One other thing - the email system has always been hit-and-miss for me. I believe out of 3 Xbox 360s I had to ship in for repair/replacement, I only got an email one of those times.

    Believe me, I've had this same thing happen WAY back in 2005-2007 when the 360 was first having so many issues, and that's how I figured out at that time the way the tracking system works (I've since learned through other sources that this is the case.)
    Just keep checking the tracking number, and something will show up (although, one time I actually received my console back before the tracking number updated!) - I know that's hollow, and doesn't probably reassure you much, but I've been there, I promise.

    Where do you live, exactly? Not specifics (no addresses or personal info) but like, your state? I ask because, for me, shipping was always quick, I live in Houston. But if you're in Maine, it'll take longer. I still would say, if it's longer than 3 weeks,
    you definitely need to get with FedEx and find out what's going on with that tracking number. If they're no help, you can ask to speak to "Tier 2 Support" when you call the 1800-4-My-Xbox number, and that will get you a supervisor who should be able to give
    you more info.

  5. i live near buffalo NY. i just don't get how my service request can say shipped to customer for a week and no one can provide me with any answers as to if and when it has actually shipped. let alone a tracking number. what good is having the track shipment
    button if you can't do it? and whats the point of chatting with microsoft if the repair department is a different department that no one can talk to? not even their own customer service department can talk to them. so frustrated.
