the game is the same for everyone, the only difference is the package of DLC that it comes with. You should check under the manage option for installable DLC

otherwise you should contact 2K support for their game

We checked our support team about this issue and here are their suggestions:

Please check your account order history if your purchase matches NBA 2K24 Black Mamba.

Launch the game and navigate to the certain place in game where DLC is required by then you'll get to use the DLC.

Should you mean the regular NBA because of the loading page of NBA shows exact the same picture, please know it is normal the cover of the bundle is what makes it different, but all game will only show same loading page.

NO! Unlike some games that have an Xbox One version that will upgrade to the the S|X version if you put it in a series X, NBA2K for S|X is a complete different version than the Xbox One version and it will not work if you put the disc inside of an Xbox One. Xbox One cannon run a Series X game and putting a Series X disc inside an X1 will not install the X1 version.
