    Hi there, does anybody know how to get through to customer service without getting cut off?

    I have rang them 5 times in the past 2 weeks and i either:

    a) get cut off as i actually get through to the right department.

    b) actually get cut off while the advisor goes to "check on my issue" (happened twice)

    Perhaps i should try and mail but i don't think you can.

    I just want to get my faulty contoller fixed ! , its nothing taxing , surely(my serial number is not recognised so got to go in a different direction)

    Any help would be appreciated in pointing through a back door or something.

    I applied a $10 giftcard to a pre-order but have had to cancel the order. Can I get back the $10?

    If it was done through the Microsoft Store you will have to continue trying to work with them to get it back. It would be up to their customer service.

    Open Tray Error

    I was able to get through to the Netflix Customer Support Line and I was informed that everyone should be getting and E-mail when the problem is fixed with some form of compensation. I suggest if that compensations is just a "sorry" that customers demand
    a refund for services that were paid for but not received.

    I cancelled my Xbox order but you still shipped it

    You would have to contact customer service the same way you did yesterday to ensure that it gets cancelled. That's not something we can do through the forums.
