I am up to date subscription wise, not on any banned list, can play online on any other multiplayer game via xbox live. Did research and have hard shut down twice, checked and tested all connections and deleted my profile and re-logged in. Still acts like I do not own the game. Not going to delete game and re-install. Already did this months ago because of another COD issue and not starting over again. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a gold, have done everything I possibly can do and still get the error. Reset xbox, reset live tag, and deleted and re-installed game. Activision is going to put this on xbox and I would most likely not get a response (still waiting on one from 1.5 yrs ago)

Hello again, I understand your position, however only a reminder, even if you do the full reset your progress is safe in your Microsoft cloud account.

If you're only having problems in the multiplayer part of this game, try to make sure you don't have any suspension from the developer, and also your privacy settings.

I have done the hard shut down (what I call holding in the power button), but not the other. I will try later today. This occurs only in the multi player part of the game. I have tries other games in multi player mode and xbox live is fine. Thanks
