Do you get this error on Windows?

If so, please try the following solutions:

Solution 1

Clean Windows Store Cache

Click Win key + R simultaneously, type WSReset.exe in the run dialogue box, and hit Enter.

After that, Command Prompt and Windows Store windows should appear on your screen. This means that Windows has successfully cleaned Store’s cache

Finally, restart your PC and check if 0x8024001E error persists. If so, try to fix registries.

Solution 2

Run Registry Repair

Go to Start menu and type Advanced to open Advanced Startup Options.

Select Restart now at the bottom of the screen to boot your PC in Advanced startup mode.

Select Advanced Options and then Troubleshoot.

Click on Automatic Repair option and let the system reboot.

Solution 3

Restart Microsoft Update

Click Win key + R and press Enter.

Type services.msc in the run dialogue box and press Enter.

Right-click on the Windows Update.

This command will prompt Windows Update to start in case it has stopped for some reason.

After that, reboot your PC.

Sorry your having this issue. When that code pops up it coud mean you are either:

1. Missing or have a corrupt file/s

2. A virus/malaware infection

3. Broken update.

First, do you have the lastest windows update installed? If your using Windows 10 go to All setting>>>Update and Security>>>>check for updates.
