    Getting The Free Tickets & Coins for viewing Advertisements


    Is there some reason that I can not get a response from Microsoft, the Game Developers, The Game Tech Support, or anybody about the problem that I (apparently along with several, if not many) players of Microsoft Bingo can not get the Free (5 Extra) tickets
    and the 25 (Extra) coins for viewing the advertisements in Microsoft Bingo. I continue to get a "Purchase Error" message, telling me to try again or come back later. This has been a continuing problem since May 2017. Is there no one who will answer me or
    contact me via e-mail and advise that Microsoft is at least aware and looking into the problem. I have no problem with viewing the ads in Microsoft Solitaire or Microsoft Jackpot. Will Someone please respond to me and apparently a lot of others about this

    Not Able to get free coins or Keys ; Ads won't play

    Have not been able to get the free tickets and coins by viewing the advertisements. The ads won't play and the error box that comes up says" Purchase not available at this time, try later". I have loaded the game a couple of times every day for the last
    13 days, still won't work. Please fix the problem.

    I'm still getting a "Purchase Error" for my "free" coins & tickets that are there Daily. Haven't been able to receive daily "free" tickets or coins for days.

    Can't get watch ad free tickets and free coins to work

    Hi

    It may be a temporary glitch, esp viewing ad videos to get free tickets/coins.

    Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    although this is much more common in mobile iOS games this will happen when you watch to much of them. If this is not the case then test your multiplayer connection for occurring issues. Like I said before this is led to when you watch them over and over
    and it has no more for you to watch.
