Did u get any resolution for this? I have the same issue and dont know what to do... i tried all options specified in online forums

Hey Rengak.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, let's try to get you back online! As you have tried some troubleshooting already, we suggest you try performing a

factory reset on the console.

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds.

Plug the power cord back in.

Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your console.

Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.

Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

When the console restarts, remove the flash drive.

Once the console restarts, you should see the digital setup experience to guide you through resetting your console. For additional help, see

Yeah i followed those instructions and put in the codes I get which are: 0x8B05000F 0x00000000 and 0x90060007

i put them in individually and none of them exist aparently

Hi XBF Lance J. As my previous reply and separate question was deleted, perhaps you can simply advise whether Microsoft will be doing the right thing & actually coming out with a proper fix for this very widespread problem? Thete iis no denying that Microsoft
is aware of this issue and yet seems in no hurry to provide a proper fix?

Hi,

I suggest you to try these steps:

Hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console until it fully powers down,
unplug the power cord, and wait 30 seconds. Please note the console must be fully powered down; the next steps will not work if the console is powered on from connected standby.
Plug the power cord back in.
PRESS the POWER Button then Hold down the Bind button (located on the side of the console next to the USB port)
and the Eject button (located on the front of the console next to the optical disc slot), continue holding down Bind and Eject until you hear a second “power up” chime.
Then SELECT Reset this Xbox - This Troubleshooter takes the User to a page that allows them to select full reset or
reset but keep content (this allows you to keep your installed games and settings!)
Then you can try to install the latest updates.
In case you still receive the error message of 0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x90060007 it means that there is an issue with the HDD of your console and it needs to be repaired. (You can set your repair order on
