Oh, for pre-order transactions it can't be gifted so I am sure that the game was added directly to your account. You may need to request a refund for that so you can re-purchase the game this time and make sure to choose "buy as a gift".

You can either try a power cycle, or you can try unplugging the console for 30 minutes.

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear about the error that you're receiving with Black Ops 4.

Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and

then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

If that does not work, I'd suggest
uninstalling and reinstalling the game from your console.
