    Getting Suspensions For No Reason


    About 30 minutes ago I received a notice that I had once again been suspended from communication for two weeks which I have no reason for what the cause was for me getting the suspension. The first time I got suspended was January
    4 and ended January 5 then I got another suspension on January 5 the same day the previous suspension had ended and now once again I got a suspension for two weeks for something I have not done. So I was wondering if anyone else is getting random suspensions
    for things they haven't done?

    I am sorry to hear that you have had repeated suspensions. I have never had one but I can't imagine that the enforcement team would give a suspension if they didn't feel that the Code of Conduct was violated. You could always appeal the decision if you
    feel that this is in error. I would personally check to see what the violation was and try to avoid doing it again. Good luck and I hope that you can get it taken care of and can avoid such suspensions in the future.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. You would need to log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and click on the handshake icon to submit
    a Case Review with the PET.

    However, as for your specific issue. The PET investigate all claims that are laid against an account prior to setting an enforcement action. Because they get thousands of reports per day it's more than likely the extra enforcements you're seeing are from
    things that were done a while back. Please check your emails for information regarding the suspension

    Most suspensions and enforcement actions are given based on evidence. If in the unlikely case that you were wrongfully suspended you can appeal it by asking for a case review here.
