Getting Suspended Over and Over Again

I have been suspended several times in the past few days, no reason at all, tells me to check my login history, all me, nothing makes sense, this is getting out of hand and is only causing my stress levels to shoot through the roof, I'm sick as is and
I have to deal with this everyday, there is no proper support team, and for some reason a company as massive as microsoft has nothing set up to deal with problems during a damn pandemic, it's technical support, they should be able to have thousands working
from home, I know you can because I know technical support people from other companies. I need this to stop, I need help fixing this, I can't keep putting up with this, my phone is at usage limit on trying to unlock my account, does ANYBODY know a damn answer
to this problem?

No, this isn't an xbox account issue in general, it's a microsoft account issue, I barely send messages these days, I barely play anything, I mostly watch stuff and on occasion play games.

Did you send a bunch of expletive DMs to other players or be disruptive in voice chat? Those are more likely going to have a very bad impact on a profile as they can get reported at anytime without the user knowing. I know this because I been there.

I do sign in via desktop. I was just saying I use all 3. The lock out first pops up when I get on xbox, then I go online and unlock it, but I was hit with phone usage limit and had to get help from friends to get on because as soon as I unlock the account,
it locks it again. I even changed my password. Nobody has been on my account, I checked all its logins.

Also keyword with the contact thing. SIGN IN lol. If I'm locked out, how can I sign in. Pretty sure I'm locked out right now, but since I haven't closed the page I'm able to respond.

I have another account that I made to Queue with a friend in a MOBA. And that got locked too when I tried it last night.
