Getting suspended because of my friend

i let my friend play my Xbox while I was on vacation in Florida and when I got back today it said I was suspended for communication

Got suspended because of a friend

A few days ago I went to eat pizza with my family and friends, one of those friends apparently snuck into my room and played on my xbox, he sent a message to a kid saying to kill himself and now I have been suspended to that, I sent a case review with the
same information and I just want it to all be dpne before tomorrow since theres something I want to play with my family, hope i can get reached out soon.

problem is I had my door locked incase anyone decided to go in, and the response takes too long that if I miss the launch for fortnite, what's the point.

You are responsible for your account & lending it to other people is a violation of the ToU/CoC

There is really no way for the enforcement team to know whether it was you or your "friend" that sent the message the only thing that they know is that there was a message sent from YOUR account that YOU are responsible for at ALL times. and since that message
was reported and it was in violation of the code of conduct then the account is subject a suspension.

If you cuss at your friend and he reports you that means you violated the code of conduct and are subject to a suspension.

If you do not report your friend when he cusses then he will not get suspended because the enforcement team does NOT proactively go looking for violations to suspend accounts.
