Getting suspended and banned for no reason has been taken to Far

If you're like me then you hate being suspended or banned for something we said . Now when I was playing Xbox one I was wasn't responding to my friend so he called me names that I cannot mention his name is TIME GOD 25 he said alot of things so he left
the party and in a voice message he said I was a retard and fag so in a message I say ur the fag and as soon as he joins I couldn't talk and I got a message from Xbox and I get suspended for a month and what's funny is I report people and it never works so
when people report my messages im the first one to get suspended I may or may not switch to PS4 and it's really annoying please just unsuspended

wow so for no reason they will ban your xbox or give you an excuse to why you have been banned when their info has no reason for why the person has been banned. not everyone violates. i had my xbox for 3yrs and never been suspended for any reason or done
anything wrong and i get banned and from what i'm hearing here they will not even give yo a good reason other then just cause whatever.

No one has ever been banned/suspended for being to good at a game.

All reports are investigated thoroughly before a suspension is issued so if you got suspended then it's for a reason.

The only way to discuss your suspension is to connect to the
Enforcement site and raise a case review if you are eligible.

 

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Calling out gamertags is against forum rules.

Any report needs to be investigated which takes time.It is very rare for anyone to be suspended immediately so you were more than likely suspended for something you did several weeks ago.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can look on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Occasionally you may receive a thank you message if someone is banned/suspended due to a report you filed but other than that you will not be told the result of any report you file so you can not know whether someone receives enforcement action due to a
report you file.

Whether you buy a PS4 or not is entirely up to you but the rules on PSN are pretty much the same.
