Getting support of Elite Series 2 controller

For the life of me I cannot seem to get support for this controller. I have the stick drift issue that is well documented. I have had the issue since August but was not playing much and a bunch of other personal stuff happened. I started playing again in
November and the drift issue has gotten worse and worse and over the past month I have tried several times to get help. Apparently it went out of warranty in November and because of this I cannot seem to get support anywhere. No chat. No phone call. No way
to start a work order. All I would like to do is see if they will grant me a little grace period on the warranty, especially since I have spent many an afternoon over the past two months trying to reach someone, anyone. But more importantly, I just need it
fixed and I see no avenue whatsoever to do that. I can understand if they do not grant me a grace period on the warranty but at least offer to fix the $180 controller for me and I will pay you for it. Support your customers and your products please.

I believe the Elite Series 2 controller has yet to get phone support.

Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that
can assist you in determining how to set up the different functions, including how to use Shift with the controller to give you alternate inputs:

There has been no confirmation if there is going to be an Elite Series 3 controller. So if you want the Elite controller, get the series 2 if you want one.
