    Getting support for defective Xbox Series X


    Trying to get a support call through the support site on Microsoft didn't work. What is the appropriate way to have someone contact me and troubleshoot my defective Xbox Series X so that I can get a new console coming? This is already frustrating with the
    bad console but now I can't seem to get the process started to rectify it either.

    New out of the box console today and when I start a game (WatchDogs Legion, AC Valhalla, Red Dead Redemption 2, FarCry 2, Watchdogs 2) they all crash and restart or freeze the console. I've attempted game re-installs, console reset, different power
    cords (plugged directly into wall) and video settings(4k/1080p/HDR) with no change in games freezing/crashing the console. At this point I tried to start a support call and nobody called me so I'm trying this route. I'm disappointed to say the least.

    Please advise...

    So are they going to fix those elite 2 controllers or not?

    This is the major problem of this generation xbox one’s accessories: too fragile/defective. Hope they will do better on series x

    I do not believe it is a defect - I just got the disk from amazon and it too gives me this error.

    So, it appears the game on the disk is not for XBOX one, even though the front and the back of the disk box says "Xbox series X and Xbox one".

    Where can we get a disc version for our Xbox One?
