Getting spammed

I was playing GTAV and I got this Special Crate drop and this guy got mad I got it so he put my gamertag on TTG (TheTechGame) twice. Saying I could give mods so I'm getting spammed by people wanting mods on COD and GTA. Which I don't do. Then he posted a
video to spam me for a modded lobby. Is there a way to get him banned for giving my gamertag and telling people to spam me? (i have 100+ messages pending because of him.

Im being report spammed because of a game i was playing and it is killing my reputation and im finding it harder to play with people online now and its very irritating this stuff isnt being monitored better im very annoyed right now because ive always had
a good reputation im a good player and its not fair i have a bad image now because kids on xbl are being poor sports and reporting people because they suck at a game i want my reputation fixed this isn't right people are abusing something

 

First all to stop any message from that person, open that person's gamertag, from your "Recent Players" list on your console, and click "Block Communication". You should also file a complaint on his gamertag for harassment.

Secondly, in order to stop random people spamming you, do the following:

• Click on the "My Account" button on the top of this very page.
  
• Scroll down, and under "Safety" click "Manage my privacy and online safety"
  
• On this page, under "Communicate with voice and text (Xbox 360: Voice and Text)", select either "Friends Only", or "Block" (I'd recommend "Friends Only").
