Getting someone banned or suspended with proof through the Xbox One capture

I was playing Team Deathmatch on the Call of Duty: WWII map Pointe du Hoc. I noticed a player was outside of the map so I recorded it on my Xbox. I already reported the player multiple times for cheating. Where and how can I submit my video to get this
person suspended or banned?

How or who to send video proof of console tampering

Alright, guess you have to know someone then as i have a friend that has gotten people banned with video proof. And i agree it doesnt happen as often as people claim it does people just get mad and say they do. But i on the otherhand have a nice capture
card 1080p and get the proof.

Getting Booted Off

To get someone suspended from Xbox live you will need concrete solid proof of the kicking you offline. This is normally done through monitoring your ping level amoungts other thing's that the booter is trying to do.

Reporting the player from your Xbox for cheating is the best you can do.

Xbox Enforcement will investigate and take action should it be deemed as necessary.

Submitting captured videos can't be done.

You can also report a play in the game also with Activision. Here are their instructions https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Reporting-a-Player-in-Call-of-Duty-WWII

I have never had to us this method before but it could also help the developers to fix any issue where something like this is happening do to a programming issue too.

They have plenty of proof.No one is suspended without proof.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to they are under no obligation to show you that proof due to privacy laws.

The rules are the same on PSN although they tend to not give you as many chances when you break their rules,they'll just ban you outright.

If someone gets suspended it's because they broke the rules,not sure how that makes the enforcement team malicious.
