Getting signed out of xbox one every time I open anything.

Sorry to hear you're being signed out of everything, that's incredibly weird. Let's have you first power cycle your console as well as removing
and re-adding your profile on your Xbox One. The final step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

First, let's make sure your account security information is updated:

Sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Verify that your security information is correct and up to date, I also recommend turning on the 2-step verification.

Then, please, try accessing the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Verify that your browser is not preventing a login pop-up from the Microsoft site.

When a pop-up has been blocked, Edge will display an icon in your web browser's address bar.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Have you tried holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? If not, give that a try and see if it solves the issue.

thanks for the advice. i did update a lot of stuff but now i cant even sign in. every time i press sign in, a small xbox window opens and closes multiple times. any other suggestions? ill take anything
