Getting signed out of XBox One console.

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I would like to clarify when you get signed out does it say you were logged in elsewhere? Or do you seem to get completely signed out of your account and Xbox Live? You can only sign in to one Xbox One or one Xbox
360 console at a time. If you try to sign in on a second console, you'll be asked whether you want to sign out from the first console. If you get any error messages or codes please let us know so we can further assist.

Meanwhile just to be on the safe side I would suggest to reset your Microsoft account password.

U cannot sign in to two x1 consoles using 1 tag... It will sign one out in favor of ur designated home console...Probably why ur getting signed out...

Unfortunately, it can be done, but not in the way you're probably expecting.

You may choose one and ONLY one Xbox One console as your account's Home Xbox. That console will then allow any user to sign into it and access any content/subscriptions you own. The other console will not be able to share it unless you actively sign into that
console. While you are signed in, any user who also signs into it will get to access your content, but as soon as you sign out of it, that ability disappears.

I have seen some people say that signing out of your profile and signing back in or trying a different profile might fix it.

Don't forget your profile can only be signed in on one console at any one time and when your profile is logged into on a second console you get signed out on your first console.
