Getting signed out of my account in the middle of games

sounds like your account could be on another Xbox. I would recommend making sure your account is set to home Xbox, add 2 step verification as well as another password and passkey for your profile. the bot you speak of if you don't get the answers you want
it offers you to speak to a person, I recommend going back and speaking with support, maybe they can remove your account from all devices.

Since it doesn't say that you're signed in on another console please see this troubleshooting page about random disconnections from xbox live:

Check your Internet connections as well. I had an issue a few months back where I would be logged out at various times. Turns out there was an issue with my internet connection running into my house. My ISP had to come out an run new cables. I haven't
seen an issue after that.

Just a thought.

Are you sure your account is not linked to another Xbox or PC ? Do you have a controller that logs the profile in that's being used by someone else?
