    I see that there is xbox live problems going on, but it says its only happening on xbox one, and i assure you its on both consoles. I am trying to play Destiny, and I cant stay in-game for more than five minutes without being signed off of xbox live. I do
    not have someone signing into my account elsewhere, or anything like that. My purpose of this post is to make sure you guys are working on this on xbox 360 as well as the xbox one. This needs to be fixed ASAP, considering it's a gaming console, and we cant
    game. If someone significant can respond to this and just let me know that this issue is known ON THE XBOX 360 and is being worked on, that would be awesome. Thank you for all your hard work guys.

    Why am I consistently being booted from Xbox live every 20 minutes? This has been happening all week. and to top it off I'm getting signed out of my profile as well even when I'm offline. what gives?

    Netflix and Messenger fighting?

    It's probably best just to turn them off, I would think. I used to have my messenger account connected to my 360, but I got sick of always being told when someone signed on or off, or anything like that. I don't use my Xbox 360 for messaging because I don't want to take five minutes to type a sentence out with the controller.

    I'm wired in to my modem but my Xbox kicks me off Xbox Live after 5 minutes unless I'm playing an online game and actively using the controller in a live game. If I'm in a lobby for five minutes looking through stats or achievements, I get disconnected within

    After a support chat, here's what I sent as feedback (not that I think it'll get heard):

    I own an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One, and I've been paying for Xbox Live for years now. I am a loyal and valued customer and enjoy both products.

    I'm trying to use both the 360 and the One simultaneously, or switch between them. Unfortunately, if I have recently been using the One, then turn on the 360, I can't connect to Xbox Live unless I wait 10 minutes and reboot everything (and leave the Xbox
    One turned off). Otherwise, on the 360, I get an inscrutable error message telling me to test my connection.

    Clearly (and this was verified by a support chat) Xbox Live is only allowing one console at a time. I have several distinct requests:

    1. Allow simultaneous Xbox Live connection from 2 consoles.

    2. If not, then improve the error message so it clearly states "you cant connect from your Xbox 360 because you are currently signed in on your Xbox One"

    3. Fix the Xbox One so that it doesn't keep signing in & kicking off the 360

    4. Allow signing out / signing in immediately, without a 10 minute delay
