Discus and support getting saved games from the xbox 360 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I need to get some saved games from my Xbox 360 but they are in a second profile, and that profile does not have a gold account & so I don´t have...     getting saved games from the xbox 360


    I need to get some saved games from my Xbox 360 but they are in a second profile, and that profile does not have a gold account & so I don´t have access to cloud storage.

    However on my Xbox One both profiles are there & the second one benefits from the Gold of the primary one.

    Unfortunately that does not translate back to Xbox 360....

    So how can I get my saved games from that second account?

    Xbox One cloud save transfer to 360 error - Mass Effect 1

    I started and saved a Mass Effect 1 game to the cloud on Xbox One. I tried to play Mass Effect 1 on 360 with my cloud save but am getting error message:

    Selected Save Game could not be loaded. Downloadable Content missing from Xbox. Module(s) in question: Bring Down the Sky (ENPLES)

    Bring Down the Sky is the name of the mission I saved. Tried to clear 360 cache, power cycle, redownload profile but still getting error (used advice from
    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.).
    Saved cloud files to 360 hard drive and still getting error. Installed game disc to hard drive but still getting error. I can SEE the saved games on my 360 so I don't know why I can't access. Anyone have this issue and find a solution?

    Hi, you can't, It's because of the profile needing gold on the 360 to access the cloud. Maybe Microsoft should do away with that restriction, otherwise a lot of gamers will have to start their games again on the Xbox One.

    Even if i use a free 2 day gold code I´m unnable to access the cloud.

    Hey, CAMAGU007! 1, 2, and 14 day free trials do not count as Gold. You will need to have Gold on your account that is 1 month or longer to be able to access cloud features on the Xbox 360.

    Mass Effect Game Save Doesn't Show On Xbox 360 from Xbox One

    Hi, the issue is to do with the game itself. On the Xbox 360, the game always saved the last save to the xbox 360's cache, and if you emptied the cache the save would also get deleted. I'm assuming that Mass Effect has done something similar on the Xbox
    One. Your only option is to play the game again on the xbox 360 from the save you have, then finish the game, Mass Effect should then save again at the end of the game, and you should be able to import it to Mass Effect 2.
