    Getting rid of ADS


    I can not upgrade to premium jigsaw puzzle to get rid of ads. They tell me I am already upgraded until March 2022--but yet I cannot get my puzzle in the regular display. What is going on here---After shutting down completely for awhile --sometimes it rights itself and I can play, then all of a sudden it does it again. Help.
