Getting Reported Multiple times for no reason

Hello Microsoft i have a little worry about my Xbox Account. I been friends with this kid for about 3 Months now and our Friendship basically ended due to him because he got mad at me for not joining his game. As i refuse to join his game because i was
doing something with another good buddy of mines. he rages Blocks me. Cusses me out Multiple times says mean things to me as i say nothing bad to him. So i decided to block him. 3 hours after this kid literally made a group chat with 20-25 people Saying his
being bullied by me. Then he says “THE BULLY IS IN OUR GROUP CHAT EVERYBODY REPORT HIM!” Now im just wondering can i get banned or suspended because being reported by multiple people even though i did nothing wrong? And being accused of false accusations?
Because im in quite fear for my account. Not once have i send this guy profanity or nothing. Hes legit cuss me out in party, Message, Hes spammed me a whole bunch of party invites when i refuse to join. And even told my friends Death Threats in party. Should
i be worry for my Xbox Account?

Suspension

A person that i know spam reported me for no reason and got me communication banned for a week. Ive reported him multiple times for vulgar language and other stuff like that but nothing has happened to him. I would like some help.

No. You can't get banned just by receiving a ton of reports. You can only be banned if you've done something to violate the code of conduct. So unless you've done something wrong, you have nothing to worry about.

I would advise you to block and report the person who is bullying you. If you want you can contact
Xbox Enforcement and explain to them the situation.

There must be a reason, since you can't be randomly banned. There is the chance that you were reported multiple times.

there many reasons why it might seam like nothings being done

1) there an over thousands of reports daily it takes time ( multiple reports from multiple players help but theres a downside to that )

2) the more false reports you send in the greater chance you get put in there ignore list

3 ) they saw your video and didn't see anything other than lag and took no action
