    well I had recently purchased a 12-month gold subscription for my friend and I gave it to him for Christmas and little did I know he was actually scamming Microsoft from the store and by the time his account got banned he had already used the 12-month code
    so I was out $60 I was very frustrated and I was wondering if I could get reimbursed anyway or get a 12-month gold subscription back from Xbox enforcement team caused it

    so I went to my account and removed the automatic payment opt. and removed the the card info, how do I go about getting this months subscription reimbursed on my card or sent to my home,

    Unfortunately you'll have to take it up the reimbursement with your friend.

    The Code of Conduct (www.xbox.com/.../CodeOfConduct) is very clear that when an account is suspended it forfeits access to all purchased content including any remaining Live time.

    Wish I had better news.
