Getting really upset

Recently my Gamertag **** suspended about 8 or 9 days ago. I been on the phone countless hours and on the websitw trying to figure out when i will be able to play and chat with my friends. I'm getting real sick of waiting on this enforcement
team how you about to tell me theres no way to get ahold of them. I have been paying for gold for over 8+ years now and on rocket leauge i told a kid too "sell your game your awful" and i get suspended for more then a week?!?! On my enforcement page i have
no listed ban or suspension what the **** is up with that?!? I know not banned im sick of everyone giving me the same answers i want my account working again ive never cheated or anything in my life simple talk trash whem necessary and no profanity ever.
Its been over a week now and im about ready to raise **** really unprofessional for microsoft to screw my account up and not tell me how long its going to last im sick of people looking at my posts and not replying with help ive put over 3k into my account
over the last 2 years with all digital games. I cant play any right now my reputation is great im just your casual gamer who plays a little more then a normal casual gamer UNBAN OR UNSUSPEND MY ACCOUNT!!!!!! i cant even do a casw review cause there is no case
against me!!!

Im really upset

I have been a die hard fable fan for a long time I have 54 out of 60 achievements for fable 3 the game glitches me in a bridge so I'm stuck for 2 weeks. I finally get out and a month later the game file corrupts and I lose everything I had every building
with max stats I needed 4 clothing and 3 guns to have those achievements. I really enjoyed that game. I bought every dlc but I won't play it anymore....
