Getting Random Disconnects From Live

The past few days I've been running into an issue where I've been momentarily booted off xbox live, just for a second, but long enough to disrupt party chat/boot me from an online match/etc. When service is restored, I can't join a party either, always have
to hard reset. Games I've been playing (if that affects anything)- Overwatch, Titanfall 2, and DOOM (Single player only though) Once I disconnected in the process of closing an app or game, the rest of the times its been mid-game or while idling on home in
party chat with friends (it's happened about 8-10 times total since sunday)

Nothing has changed with my internet connection, though I've noticed IPv4 showing up above NAT type, can't remember if it was there before. As for Network details, I'm on a wired connection (same one I've used since my original 360 was first set up) Stats:
21-24 Mbps 0% Packet Loss 1480 MTU 109ms Latency. NAT type open

When I test network/multiplayer connection then hit RB-RT-LB-LT for detailed stats there are 2 extra lines: Detailed NAT information= Your Network is not behind a NAT and Status Code: 0x0000040000000000

Edit: It's only the xbox affected by this, the internet's completely fine on every other device in the house.
