Getting preview update

ople I have been accepted for the preview updates as when I open app it tell me. How do I download the new updates?

Because once your able to see the preview information it means you are on a preview update, and I want too get off the preview update, especially if I'm not getting anything from the preview update.

 

controller not linking with console on startup sometimes

I'm in the preview and a few of us were getting this issue, We recently got an update and it seems to be fixed, people not in the preview should be getting the update very soon,

 

They're automatic, usually you don't even see it happening so the only way you know is by checking out new features.

 

Updates are going live to public no time given

 

Mine arrived 2 days after signing up

 

I signed up 2 days ago and if I select the beta preview app it says I'm in the preview but I have had no updates downloaded?

 

Am I right in thinking that Microsoft send you these invites for the update preview randomly?

 

Well i got mine as normal, but still have issue with game chat on ghost ????. when i play S/R which has to be game chat, i cant hear or talk to friends. it auto mutes my friends. i use an adapter for my trigger (Tritton) headset. But ive now gone back to
xbox headset that came with the xbox one. So far all works ok. How can i tell if its the adapter or my tritton headset. ?????? As i see it theres no way you can check the adapters ?????.

@Spindehalla - Initially yes they were random (within certain conditions) however now participants can invite other members.

@Marky Mark uk - they roll out at different times, as mentioned before just keep an eye out for changes (sometimes an update bar comes up when powering on, others it's been updated without me seeing anything)

I just tried to invite you there but seems they've ended the preview invite program after update build 1403. They state "if it is opened up again we will definitely let everyone know on the forums", so keep an eye out I suppose.

On the topic of seeing previous updates coincidentally the release today states you'll be able to easily tell what games and apps are being updated or have been updated recently.

 

there isnt a new beta at present. the old beta has become public GA and releases today....
