Hi,

I have been going through the process of re-opting into xbox live rewards after having moved countries. My account now has a more recent date, indicating my opting in is complete. I would now like my points to move over with me. Thank you!

Confirmed! After reviewing your account information, I see that your regions are now matching, and have begun the transfer of your old pending Credits. You should see these appear shortly.

your purchases were not made in your Rewards Account's regional currency at the time, they were not eligible for Rewards.

OK, follow-up question. If we opt out and don't want our Gems converted to MS Points, it says the balance will be deposited in the our regions tender. For me that is dollars. So will the 500 Gems be converted to $5 in cash? Also if we opt out to cash
out, can we then opt back in so we can at least begin to generate the MS points

I have the same problem. And No, the old "Xbox" voice commands DO NOT come back when you disable Cortana. I opted out of Cortana when the update was installed, didn't have my voice commands back. Tried to opt in and then opt out again... I still don't have
my voice commands. This is ridiculous. Cortana SUCKS. And no, its not like talking to Siri because I don't have to say a long *** sentence to get my point across. Saying "Xbox On" is like talking to Siri and I want my voice commands back.
