Do you have a problem with a game, or with your Xbox console?

The 4gb you have has a wireless adaptor built in, so I think that is what people are referring to.

You can bridge the connection to Live through your laptop. However if you are using a pay as you go dongle to connect to the internet then it would be an expensive proposition.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your game to launch correctly. I can totally understand how disheartening dealing with this issue could be. I suggest clearing out your persistent storage three times via
Settings> Disk & Blu-ray> Blu-ray> persistent storage> clear and then clearing your alternate MAC address in
Settings> Network> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address> clear.


When/if you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped. If that doesn't then I next suggest trying what we have on our

try to powercycle your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds if that doesnt solve the issue try to reinstall the game
