    Getting old xbox live account and games on it back


    Hey all,

    So I've been trying to recover an old xbox live account I used during the prime of the xbox 360, but I don't know what the email or password was for it. All I have is the gamertag. I talked to xbox support through the text chat and phone and neither could
    help me. Is my account and the games on it lost forever?

    If Xbox support can not help you then unfortunately no one can.
    Is it possible my xbox live account got seperated from my email? Like maybe it got hacked or something, cause i swear i’m using the only email I had back then.

    You should know the email and the password associated with your account otherwise no one can help you.

    Is it possible my xbox live account got seperated from my email? Like maybe it got hacked or something, cause i swear i’m using the only email I had back then.

    Unlikely, the email it was registered with would still be on microsofts systems, so as long as you know that they should be able to help you recover it.
