    Getting Old Gamer score info attached to current account


    I have had an xbox, xbox360 and now an xbox1 and purchased an played mnay games. While back with xbox360 my account was hacked and long story short with the original email for Live not retrievable as it was a Hotmail.com account that was closed ended up
    loosing all my historical gamer score info.

    Any thought or suggestions?

    Status code 8C320008, not authorized, etc

    That error code means that the account has a Billing Violation attached to your account. Go to https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure all your info is current and correct If you haven't already.

    nned to transfer account info but cant access old email address

    i went to play a game on my xbox 360 and was prompted to verify my account but i stopped using the email address that is attached to my account for so long that it has been deactivated. i cant send the verification email to that address so i attempted to
    transfer my to a new account i created with my current email address but it wont let me transfer without verifying the old account which is impossible now since the email address has been deactivated. i simply want to be able to transfer my old info to the
    new account i created with my current email so i dont have to lose my friends, gamerscore, etc.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately you cannot transfer any items or gamerscore from one account to another.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately you cannot transfer any items or gamerscore from one account to another.

    Gamertag and smartglass

    I currently have only one profile on my Xbox and it's not set to sign in automatically. Like I stated above, it's the same account, but the Xbox shows my changed gamertag and gamer score, but when I log on with my other devices it shows the old gamertag
    and a zero gamer score.

    Gamerscore problem

    Your Gamer score was reset due to cheating. any of your older games you've played will show that you got them but you wont be credited the score. You will only be credited for new achievements from here on that you havnt gotten yet from old and new games.
    Info about the score reset can be found here www.xbox.com/.../Cheating if you want to get your score back the only way would be to create a new account and start from scratch
