Getting my previous account back

Hi I'm Steven I had moved to my mom's and she got me Xbox live on her email. And I moved back to my dad's she gave me the password and I had it logged on about a week ago I could not log in so I called her and she can't even gain access to her computer or
her email it seems someone has changed the password she had a windows phone but traded it for an android so the verification app is not possible is there some way that my Xbox account ZxberkachuxZ can be returned and someone to help my mom with her email she
needs her laptop

Getting back my account

I have an account that i used on xbox 360 back in the days on Black Ops 2 named "Azaky 4Brain" but i switched to Xbox one and created a new account. I would like to get back my account "Azaky 4Brain" but i'm not sure which email I used on him so i'd like
to know if it was possible to know which one is on this account ! Thanks

Thanks for the support message.

If you have forgotten your Microsoft account, please go to
http://account.live.com/acsr and fill out that form there. If you don't know either the phone number or email on the account, please contact Xbox Phone support if you still have access to the phone or one of the emails on file so the agent can send you
a security code. If you don't know the email, the phone number, and don't have access to any of the security proofs on the account, the account is lost, sorry.
