Getting my old username back

My little sister changed my original username to her own username and now I can't change it back because of the 12 character limit. That name has been with me from the start of my gaming life and I refuse to lose it. I have no way to contact
support so I guess I'm forced to make a post and hope someone sees it.

Sorry to hear, but what's done is done. There is no way to go back to the old system once changed at this point. My best suggestion is to change it to a similar name like "Snoopy Jam" if you want to at least stay within the ball park of your old name or
take advantage of this time to start new. Either way, you will probably be charged for another name change since your sibling used the free name change.

once changed there is no way back to a gamertag with more than 12 characters. support will not be able to change this back either.

Hello JustJake4908, answering the first question, it is not possible to recover the old Xbox Gamertag after it has been exchanged for another one.

In the matter of your account not working, try to contact the developer of Skate 3 there may have been a problem in the link between your Xbox account and Skate.

Can you be more specific? Do you mean your Gamertag or are you referring to your whole account?
