Getting my mojang account back

So, i kind of backed myself into a corner here, you see, i need to migrate my mojang account into the microsoft one, but the email i use doesn't exist anymore. So i hear you say, change the email! I would, but to change the email i have to set up security questions, but to set up those security questions i need to have access to my email, which i don't have. What can i do?

Hi Aigorafilin, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You're correct that as per Mojang you need to change your email address first, however, since it will not be possible for you, you will be needing to reach out to them to check options in accessing your Mojang account to complete the migration to Microsoft.

Hi, sorry for not getting back immediately. I played around with multiple accounts and somehow I managed to get my mojang account back, ty for a fast reply though!

If you do not have a purchase proof, there is no way to get Minecraft back. I say this because since you purchased it using a Mojang account, Mojang is responsible for your game license. And since you cannot prove you own the game, Mojang will not give you the game license back. I'm really sorry about this.

And if you can sign in to the Minecraft website with your old Mojang account, the account has not been migrated.

Yes, and I completed the migration, but I forgot the email to which my minecraft account is linked, how can I get either the money back or my account, do I need to complain to mojang themselves?

I tried to log in to my Minecraft account by Mojang login and failed. So I checked my Yahoo mail and noticed I migrated my Minecraft account to Microsoft login, I completely forgot why I did that! Now I can't log in back to my Minecraft because I don't remember the outlook mail I logged. How can I migrate it back? I tried to get the security key but the system is unable to authenticate. If there is no plan to migrate back to Mojang login, how can I get my refund back? I bought the redemption card from the kiosk back in 2017.

p.s. It's new account I made.

It started being made a requirement so thats probably why.

You cant as far as im aware.

Odds are you probably cant and if you could it would probably have to be the kiosk company that would refund you since thats where it was purchased originally.
