Getting my Minecraft worlds back

So I needed to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft. So I did, then after all my worlds are gone. I knew this would happen as I have done this before and got all my worlds back without trouble. This time, I cannot get them back. I have tried going back to find the worlds In the old Minecraft files, but those got deleted. So I am kind of freaking out here. Please tell me how I can get these worlds back!

I have came across a problem. There are no previous saves on the file "Saves" what am I going to do now?

You can try the steps mentioned here Where are Minecraft files stored? – Home, but we highly recommend checking your case further with the developer of the game since you mentioned that you have already tried recovering the worlds and it wasn't successful. You can submit a request through Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

So as I was playing on my minecraft world my game froze. I decided to shut down my xbox and then unplug it. When I loaded back into my Minecraft world, it said: “There was a problem loading this world.” How can i fix this so i can get back on my
world? Thanks.
