    I reset my entire console and then my games(multiple) started saying that I didn't have the DLC pack's, or I dontyhave the content . I did change myaccount when i reset everything . What do I do.

    One is digital and the other is physical. I switched from one microsoft account to another basically but kept all of my apps and games

    Are these digital games or physical games. Also can you specify what you mean by you changed your account when you reset everything. Thank-you.

    Licenses for games and DLC go along with the account that purchased them so in order to play anything bought digitally you would need to sign in with the account that purchased the games.

    If you want to play these games on a different account you would need to make that console the profile that bought the games home console then any other profile on that console would be able to play those games.
