Getting my account ban for harassment

I love what u guys do to keep the xbox live thing safe but i dont like ur system i got ban for 2 weeks because some kids who were sending hateful messages to me i join their party with no mic and they said im going to report u for saying bad words i was
playing call of duty and some kids got mad and reported me and then they told their friends to report me for harrasment i did a case review and it was uphelp and whats the point of case review if ur not going to help i got ban from communication and then 3
more hours i get ban again i do youtube and make money u guys should of put we might ban u for no reasson in that case i could of switch to ps4 along time ago please step up ur game xbox i dont like how u guys do this and have alot of people getting ban for
stupid people who report for laughter and being mean ban them not us ur system or whatever sucks i played xbox since along time and this is the 2 time that happen and i got communication ban 5 times and i dont even use my mic or barley txt people i got my
internet messed up because this kid shut off my internet box and u dont get them people mod on xbox 360 what do u guys do nonthing and they even make youtube videos like cmon xbox stop sitting around and eating donuts i called support and told me to make a
review and u guys just tell me that i got ban for a reasson whats the reasson does kids who reported me huh im switching to PS4

Abuse ban case review

my account gamer tag is dmckinley99 and I have recently obtained a ban for abuse harassment and threats but prior to getting this ban I had already been given a communication ban 2 days before so I don't not understand how I could of possibly gotten a ban
for harassment abuse or thretening when I cannon communicate because I am in a communication ban I would like it if you reviewed my case as I have talked to 2 Xbox support staff and they have both said that my points are valid

I hope to hear back from you soon and hope I am successful in getting this ban lifted

Wierd suspension

recently i got banned for harassment/Abuse/Treats. A 7day ban exacly today the ban has been expired at 11:38 pm now its midnight. Why my account is still banned?

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing you can do.

I got a week's ban for repeatedly trying to get a refund which I didn't know was an infringement because no one warned me about it while trying to get one. Then a permanent ban has just appeared on my account for harassment abuse and or threatening behaviour
towards another xbox player even tho I wasn't on the account I think they just randomly ban people. I'm hoping they see that I havnt harassed anyone and give me my account back as there's been 1000s spent on it both time and money

This is correct. The only things that could lead to a console ban is non stop harassment of others/trying to get around a ban on your account/modding/tampering of the console. A account Perma ban is extreme but a console ban is the Extreme last step.

My account was suspended till October for harassment while I was communication banned, Both of these bans happened while I was not on the account, I had a friend who was swearing and threatening people over a game, I went to log onto the account and now
im suspended, I just want to get my account back, Please help

That's very generous, I often think I'm 6. I've been banned for harassment and griefing. First time, yeah, I harassed people. Second time I did not which is why I am here asking what can get you banned for "harassment" and apparently griefing people in game
is against the rules even though it doesn't state it anywhere. Not one place does it say "if you use your character in game to act like a jerk you can get banned." My reputation is positive, the only negative is "unsporting" and "trash talk," at like 20% but
my account is about 4 years old and it's from my younger days.
