Getting my account back

Hi, I'm having some trouble signing into my other account, it's saying the email doesnt exist but I know it does, I've had the account for a few years now and its a shame I can't sign into now, who do I speak too and can anyone help?

Getting back my account

I have an account that i used on xbox 360 back in the days on Black Ops 2 named "Azaky 4Brain" but i switched to Xbox one and created a new account. I would like to get back my account "Azaky 4Brain" but i'm not sure which email I used on him so i'd like
to know if it was possible to know which one is on this account ! Thanks

Contact support. as long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Thanks for the support message.

If you have forgotten your Microsoft account, please go to
http://account.live.com/acsr and fill out that form there. If you don't know either the phone number or email on the account, please contact Xbox Phone support if you still have access to the phone or one of the emails on file so the agent can send you
a security code. If you don't know the email, the phone number, and don't have access to any of the security proofs on the account, the account is lost, sorry.

Should you have any other concerns, feel free to post back.

You can get in touch with an agent using "Contact Us" on the Xbox support website.
