Getting lots of emails suddenlu

I am getting random xbox support emails suddenly. Nobody in my family is named Julie. This looks like phishing to me.

Thanks for the response Walshy! Well, you could either have a friend download their profile on your console and try it out, or you could just download your profile again to see if it helps anyway. No harm in trying.

When you say other people's "information" isn't getting to you, what are you referring to? Are you not receiving LIVE messages or party invites? Also, are you having this lag consistently in all games, or only certain ones? Does it seem the fast-paced games
seem to have more lag? Let me know, thanks!

Hey again. You say your new console is freezing a lot? Have you checked out our resources for console freezing (forums.xbox.com/.../8221.aspx) to see if that helps?
There should also be a link in that guide to the official troubleshooter as well. Check all that out and let me know if it helps.

Also, as in my last post, are there only certain games that have lag issues, or is it consistent with all games you play? Let me know, thanks!

Hey there Walshy! I understand you are having some frustration today. It would help me out if you could clarify what you are experiencing in more detail. Are you experiencing lag in games? Are you having long load or wait times?

Also, is this only affecting your profile or all profiles on the console/network? If only yours, I suggest downloading your profile to see if that clears it up. Let me know, thanks!
