Getting logged out of Fortnite Constantly

Hi!

I have been playing fortnite for 2 years now however recently I started getting logged out of the game automatically. I of course contacted EPIC support first who said everything is fine in their end and I should check my xbox connectivity. (Which is fine in
other games like cod/overwatch/apex/fifa)

So this is the response I got from them:

"Seems like this is also a connection issue, as the game's not able to pull the necessary information from our servers and check if your game version is the up-to-date one. I kindly suggest that checking Xbox Live's status page"

So I am asking if anyone has any idea what does it mean to check xbox lives status page? and has anyone faced something like this?

(My nat is open and I am using 8.8.8.8 dns)

Hi, you can check
this link, it's the one Epic suggested. Keep it for future reference as it's where they announce wen they have various faults.

It could just be an issue on your end. I would try and reset the router and see if that helps.

Don't know about slow, but - I'm fed up of getting logged out constantly!

Hi, did you try to log out of fortnite and back in?

Is it signing you out constantly? Or just once shortly after logging in?

Like he says, check if you are still logged in or logged into the correct account. My minecraft on IPhone always logged me out constantly.
