Getting kicked out of NBA 2k14 and Madden 25 online games Xbox One

I keep getting kicked from only these 2 games (madden 25 and NBA 2K14) when i first got the xbox one it was fine and for a while now its been kicking me out of online games i can play BF4 the only game other then those 2 games that i actually play without
any lag at all. In nba 2k14 i will get waiting for opponent while im in a game every now and then and then it just kicks me saying network conditions are to poor any help would be appreciated thanks. I have a D-Link Dsl 2750b

Which game or games are you waiting for to come out for the Xbox One?

First game I'm getting is cod ghosts , love playing cod with friends , but also excited for forza 5 and Xbox one versions of madden 25 and nba 2k14

I am sorry to hear about the connection issues. I would first suggest trying these steps if you haven't already.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and plug in you console.
• power on your console.

I would also recommend running the Xbox Speed Test Utility to verify that you are running the minimum speed that is required for
Xbox Live.

I already tried resetting my xbox and router like you suggested nothing changed my download speed is 2.85 upload is 0.93

 

wow i thought i was the only person with this issue...Online play on Nba 2k14 on Xbox one is extremely unplayable (laughable)...since i bought the game it wasn't scratched or anything but it performs as if it were scratched and such...i dont recall ever
playing a full Online game without extreme lag and getting kicked out the game by the 2nd quarter "Network Connections are too poor etc..." every single time and im on a wired connection and i followed xbox reset instructions, and checked network stats and
im good! whats the problem is there a way to resolve this? this game lags BIG TIME!

 

I keep getting kicked off when i play call of duty: ghost and fifa 14. I can join a game and its fine but it gets so far into the game and then kust kicks me out for no reason and it says "connection to xbox live servers has been interrupted" its not my
connection cause my pc is still connected and as soon as it says it i can jump back online straight away and ive tested my internet and reset it like xbox said and still doing it, its been happenin to a few people ive been reading online. Any suggestions will
be appreciated. Thanks.
