    Getting kicked out of multiplayer


    Recently i am being kicked from multipler and i do not know why. I use an ethernet connection and everything else works in regards to internet use except multiplayer.

    Can anyone help. I am almost at the point of being shadow banned in Overwatch for leaving competitive matches

    Unfair loss of mulitplayer save game

    Everytime I go into multiplayer I get kicked out to the dashboard.. Anyone know why?? It use to work.. =(

    Getting Disconnected from Party & Private Chats.

    And getting kicked from the party/privates does happen in-game. But only if I'm not playing multiplayer, if I sit in an empty lobby before starting up the joining process I still get kicked. But if I am in a multiplayer lobby or playing a multiplayer game
    I never get kicked at all.

    Hey there :)

    first step do a power cycle of your console in order to clean the cache, to do it press and hold for 10 seconds the front power button ;)

    second step go to settings under the connection settings and check your connection...

    Maybe the problem is in the internet connection ;)

    Getting "kicked" out

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
