Getting kicked off online sessions

I have my wifi connection good but I keep getting kicked out of sessions on Call of Duty, GTA, Need For Speed, everything. I need help, it's a pain. My nat type is open, download speed is 210.79 Mbps, Upload speed is 5.13 Mbps, 0% packet loss. It has to
be dns settings or something advanced.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to handle disconnections like this. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. I suggest
going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting. If that does
not work, try what we have in Xbox One Network Connection Solution.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

I think I'm having the same issue..one of my games say check network connections but when I go home setting everything is connected..help!!

Currently getting kicked from Xbox live on DS2 still as if I'm online in game but cannot connect to multiplayer session. When I go home I'm disconnected from live been doing this on and off for 4months now. Contacted Microsoft online chat team 4 times previously
successfully , but been unable to this month.

Ty for your response. My Nintendo wii, switch, and work laptop are on the same at&t network w no issues. Only the Xbox gamepass is malfunctioning. I use a profile on a separate Samsung TV gamepass app using Google fiber. My son is using a different TV w our Xbox console using at&t fiber which is better quality. Is it his restriction settings or his gamepass account?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform an extended powercycle and reset the network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."
