Getting Kicked Off Multiple Times - Do you own this game or app message?

My xbox is hard wired to router which has a 1 Gbps up/down fiber internet connection.

I am playing with friends daily on xbox party talking to and hearing them while playing Fallout 76 and I will at least once a day get pulled out of the game asking if I own the game or app message.

I then click the xbox live services check button and ALL services are GREEN CHECK MARKED. Keep in mind when this happens I am still talking to my friends and hearing them on xbox live party, so there is no internet interruption of any kind.

Is there anything else to do to troubleshoot this issue? As when it kicks me out I lose everything in the game for that play session and it's extremely annoying.

Also when this happens sometimes, when I try to re-launch Fallout 76 and I cannot launch the application with continuously getting this error and I haveto keep trying to sign out of xbox live and sign in until it starts working.

EDIT: I just had the issue again where I got pulled off the game late into a mission that took quite a bit of time to get thru and got pulled out which means I lose my progress. I tested the NAT type and it comes back as Open. I do a speed test and it
comes back as not being able to do a speed test (meanwhile thru a laptop on same network I can do a speedtest on wireless of ~250 Mbps up/down).
