Getting kicked off live

My gold membership ended and I got kicked off I'm trying to figure out why I didn't get silver

:)

I keep getting disconnected from live while I watch Netflix, play games, or just sitting on dashboard. Sometimes I fire up the Xbox and I have to sign in..... no idea what the problem is? I tried doing the security question and was having troubles with it,
I ended up getting it emailed to me and I put it in and I think it works, will that be anything to do with it?

Have you tried deleting your profile, clearing your system cache, and re-downloading your profile? Follow these steps:



Sign out of your Gamer Tag Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller and Press the Blue X to
Sign Out



Delete Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller

2) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

3) Select Storage

4) Select the device with your profile

5) Select Profiles

6) Select your Gamer Tag

7) Select Delete

8) Select Delete Profile Only



Clear System Cache:

1) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

2) Select Hard Drive

3) Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y (Device Options)

4) Select Clear System Cache and select Yes

5) Repeat steps 2 thru 4 two more times so that your Cache is cleared 3 times

Turn off your console and start it back up.

Download Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox 360 controller

2) On the Home tab, select Download Profile

Let us know if this resolves your problem.

 

This happen last month I wasn't very happy I couldn't watch Netflix or anything

According to your gamercard you still have an active Gold membership since your gamer tag name is in gold letters. You may want to check your
Sign in to your Microsoft account to see when your Gold subscription expires. Additionally, you may want to go an Xbox Live Connection test as well as checking your local Xbox Live status (http://xbox.com/status).

 

Yea I know this happen last month before I paid for more live but thing is it didn't me silver last month just kicked me off completely where I couldn't play Netflix I thought when gold membership runs out they put u on silver it didn't happen with me

It sounds like you were on Auto Renew. Was this the case? It currently shows you as Gold, so you shouldn't be having any issues with accessing Netflix. Would you be able to give us as much information as possible pertaining to your issue so we can offer
the best assistance to you?

When your Gold, and you let your membership expire, by default, you automatically do go back to being a Silver (FREE) member of Xbox LIVE.

Already know I have gold I was talking about last month!! I got kicked off Xbox live instead getting silver are u not getting what I mean

 

No one here could tell you exactly what happened. Live did have some issues last month. You could have been in one of the affected areas and it just happened to happen when your gold expired.
