I am writing to inform you that goe by the gamer tag [GT Removed] - Do not name and shame in the forums. is kicking me of line every time I come up against him I am sick of this and if it doesn't stop I will be switching to psi have reported
this player several times on the console and nothing has been done it's a disgrace

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with staying online.

I split your post into it's own thread seeing as the one you commented on was pretty old. This way we can tailor all of our support specifically to your needs.

Now, the best thing for one to normally do in a situation such as the one you're dealing with right now is to try the troubleshooting steps we have on our site entitled "My
Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live".

have you tried power cycling your console to see if this fixes your issue?

 

FYI -- You're not allowed to "name & shame" on the forums. Please use the tools on the console to report/block said gamertag.

 

You bring up their profile/gamercard and select "block" (on the Xbox One) or "block communications" (on the Xbox 360). Doing this will prevent them from being able to communicate with you in any way, shape, or form: they can't send you messages (voice or
text) and can't talk to you in chat (in-game or while in a party). A word of caution, however - if you send them a message or an invite, it cancels out your blocked communications, which would enable them to message you again.

 

If I were you, I would go to your privacy settings and put your online status to friends only. This way, said person will not be able to track your movements. Also, as galactic stated, block said person and avoid him as a player. With you showing that you
are not online, he should not be able to track your movements.

 

How does one protect themself from online abuse?????

Well, ISP contact is helpful when a law is broken, FYI..... (For Your Information) (internet Service Provider)

I somehow doubt Miss Devil took the time to research this issue but, just wants action taken against others.

I'm just a girl who likes her games yeh I didn't look up any of this as I didnt know people could do such things action should be taking as it has not only happened once by the same person and also I do not go on the game as I'm scared my account gets hacked

 

You wont get "Hacked" the ones that could "Hack" you by just needing your IP wouldnt do it
