getting kicked from online during matches?

Keep getting disconnected from advance warfare on Xbox one saying connection inactive but there's nothing wrong with my connection. Any one else having same problem. I've reset my router and my ant type is open

during matches im getting kicked from xbox live, my connection is open IPv4/ IPv6 and xbox shows no issues. thanks

I can connect but I keep getting kicked off of them. I've been kicked twice during Ultimate Team solo challenges.

 

Same here. It's on their end not yours.

 

I'm not getting disconnected, but my game keeps freezing, making an obnoxious noise and rebooting the game back to the title screen.

 

Are you running off the Virgin Media Super Hub 2 by any chance?!

There is a work around. This works for Destiny but I assume that it will work for AW as well. Top solution:

just read this on the Virgin forums, it seems its worked.. which is good but now my 150mbps broadband is only giving out 17mbps. think this maybe a case of contacting Virgin and getting an old Superhub 1 back.
