    Uhh, no st0rmbreaker. They will only issue a forced name change for legitimate reasons. Filing a complaint for no real reason is actually abuse of the system and can lead to the profile who filed the complaint getting suspended.

    Its a shame with hackers...

    there not hacks there cracks, hacking is getting such a bad name these days. also this whinging and whining will get nothing done, for COD games go complain at Activision for not sorting it, Microsoft are doing what they can, they can't catch every single
    one but with our help they can tackle the issue quite well. the "file a complaint" is there for a reason, use it but make sure YOU ARE SURE YOU NEED TO USE IT, and don't abuse it.

    No, Report the user on your xbox. No one in any way can hack you unless they can access your computer. I have been told I was going to get hacked for playing too well..
